Pearlshaw Dance School
We transformed this Grade II listed building into an up to date, spacious and modern dance & performing arts school, complete with three studios. The two larger dance studios are separated by a concertina, mirrored, moving wall that can be opened to create a large performance space.
Grade II listed roof
We can work from foundations to roofs. This was a large project undertaken on a curved roof. It required special care and precision. We repaired some of the underlying joists and rafters as well as repairs to the original guttering. The results will last a lifetime.
Loft Conversion
Creating extra space for a growing family, this was a gorgeous project. We created two upper bedrooms in a dorma bungalow complete with an en-suite shower room. A new dorma window created light and a feeling of space.
Kitchen / Diner
Transforming a small galley kitchen into an open plan kitchen/ diner with access to a conservatory family room.
Retaining wall
Large scale retaining wall constructed by the team to create a large, flat garden for the family to enjoy. As the ground is on a hill, this retaining wall has stabilised any movement from the earth behind it.
Landscaping
Taking this already great space and upgrading it to a modern, multi functional garden. The completed project consisted of a lit, raised decking area providing access from the conservatory, a fully insulated office with electrics and broadband connections. An outdoor toilet and sink room. Full electrics to the garage for a utility room with a cleverly hidden area for hanging washing and putting the bins. An outdoor kitchen for entertaining including a large entertaining seating area. A large sandstone patio connecting all areas complete with water feature, finished with newly seeded lawn.
Driveway
Transforming the front of this house by levelling out the camber of the driveway, accentuating the boarders with cobbles and finishing the access to the front door with sandstone patio walkway.
